We do not provide refunds once a service has been fully rendered because our offerings are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Before the service is finished, our staff works closely with clients to make sure the finished product meets their expectations.

If you believe the service delivered did not match the agreed upon terms or
expectations, please notify us within 7 days after obtaining the final product.
Our team will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, provide changes or a partial
refund, based on the circumstances.

3. Non-refundable Services

  • Services that have been initiated and partially delivered.

  • Any consultation fees or advisory services.

  • Customized work or proposals that have been approved and executed.

4. Process for Refunds

  • Requests for refunds will be examined and handled within 14 business days.

  • If there are any refunds to be made, they will be made using the original
    payment method used to initiate the first payment.
